What is BannedStory?

BannedStory is a program used to dress a cartoon-like character from the online game MapleStory. You can make a character with the clothes featured in the game. Besides the character, you can also make the pets with their corresponding clothes, monsters, special effects from the game (known as “skills”) and chat balloons.

The MapleStory versions supported in BannedStory are:

A distinctive feature this simulator has among other MapleStory character simulators is that you can view the character, pet, skill or monster totally animated. You can even choose specific frames on any of the animation sequences.

You can also make your own set of images to dress your character or pet, or even create a totally new skill. The possibilities are endless. BannedStory is not by any means a game, nor an alternative to the MapleStory game itself.

BannedStory can be used directly in this site or you can download it from here. The difference between the two is that the online version is more frequently updated with new items or bug fixes, while the downloadable version is more faster since you don't have to wait for the images to finish loading.
